How Can severe Chest Pain Along With Nausea Be Treated?

hi i am 76 6ft tall 170 lbs and have lung cancer (right lobe). I took a hot shower this morning and when almost done, I experienced extreme chest pain, but not on the left side (not really sure). With it nausea, a faint feeling, and a sudden need for a bowel movement. Happenrd once before to a lesser degree.

You are experiencing Tumor Lysis Syndrome where increased burden of tumor cells released into the system can cause such attack. usually occurs with start of therapy or during the course
it can be checked and confirmed by lab tests by physician.

Hot showers could trigger such symptoms of autonomic nervous system responses.
please get evaluated by your oncologist.
